A community resource hub that gives one on one support for community social service help with navigating the systems already in place in the Elgin area like DHS, WIC, Legal aid and more. This service will assist in eliminating the barriers that exist for high risk families and new arrivals who don’t know how to access the support systems that are already in place.

Our residential service facilities will provide opportunities for young adults to learn to live well through the development of interpersonal and independent living skills. Here we will explore basic skills sets that foster independent living for individuals with mental health challenges that need transitional support into adulthood.

In partnership with community health organizations and mental health centers, we will provide education through monthly group meetings and sessions that are trauma
We understand that one of the greatest barriers to finding purpose, is lack of opportunities and exposure to fields outside of ones geographic and socio-economic demographic. In partnership with community health organizations and mental health centers, we will provide education through monthly group meetings and sessions that are trauma informed and culturally attuned to support families in need. Our mental health focus will be a bridge between local faith-based and educational systems that need the support of safe spaces to refer community members to for tools and coping mechanisms that are healthy and sustainable.
