The late Wilma Jean Johnson was a remarkable individual whose dedication and compassion knew no bounds.Through her tireless efforts, she has created a legacy of empathy and kindness,and her dedication laid the foundation for Jeanie’s House of Hope that would transcend generations, continuing to uplift and support the community. Her spirit of altruism echoed through time. Jeanie’s House is a Community Development Center that answers the call to meet people where they are and provide support and solutions to live well, mentally, physically and emotionally.

Where Our Heart Is
The demand for our Hidden Treasure music and social-emotional learning camps is skyrocketing. In 2024, we served 42 children. By 2025, attendance surged 55% to 65 children. Today, our 2026 tracking reflects 88 children more than double our capacity from just two years ago!
